Apps, Software, and Hacks — oh my!
This year flew by and we happen to think it’s partly because we stayed incredibly busy working with our fantastic clients. We’re no strangers to needing to fit as much as possible into each workday. These productivity tools kept us on task, helped us prioritize our workflow, and just made things so much easier!
Canva
We’re definitely not the only business to utilize Canva for a lot of their design work. Even as Adobe Creative Suite subscribers, we prefer to use Canva for some proposals, website graphics, and social media designs.

Later
In 2021, connecting with your audience on social media is non-negotiable! We like using Later to schedule and plan our social posts across all of our favorite platforms.
We really like the drag & drop features and the weekly analytics recap emails!
Notability
This has become our go-to note-taking app. It’s great for quickly updating our pre-production documents, drawing out the composition for images to show clients exactly the vision inside our heads, and creating storyboards.
It’s the perfect addition to our trusty iPads and was practically MADE for the Apple pencil.
Adobe Sign
For us and our clients, this has been a game-changer! It’s the fastest way to send and sign contracts!
If you have a subscription to the Adobe Creative Suite, it’s already included. If you don’t like the system you’re using for signing contracts, give it a try!
Adobe Lightroom Mobile
While we love the desktop version, Lightroom Mobile is perfect for on-the-go editing, but it’s so much for than that!
We love sharing galleries with clients for image review and approval. Plus, we use it on the iPad to quickly cull photos. Our Adobe subscription is well-loved and well-used! 💪
